Yes. Discovery, design and products are paid. We confirm the scope and fees before work begins. For a set design from our design library, we can provide an estimate once we have your contact details, room dimensions and layout requirements.

Design is a standalone service for bespoke concepts, lighting design and photorealistic renders for your space or display. All our lighting is made by Loomx. Plug & Play provides a ready-to-install system with full instructions and support. Installation adds our team on site to handle setup and coordination. Both can use a library or custom design. Custom design is quoted separately; any design work already commissioned is accounted for in your project quote.

Our custom projects bring together paid discovery, design, fabrication and products. If you’re expecting a complete custom lighting project for less than $10,000, we may not be the right fit.

Yes. Custom fixtures and custom lighting designs include engineering fees in the project quote. These cover the technical development needed for your design. We confirm the scope and fees before engineering begins.

Yes. We quote design and visualization as paid services. The Design service includes high quality, to-spec renders; any additional visualization is scoped and priced before work begins.

Yes. The lighting can react to your music.

No problem. You have a master brightness control for the whole system, plus individual brightness controls for each lighting stage or area, such as the walls or ceiling.

More lights doesn’t have to mean a brighter room. You can dim them to keep the atmosphere as dark as you like, and adjust each area separately.

We pre-fabricate the lights, cabling, power, data, network and control computer, so the system is already working before it ships. Setup is mounting and connecting labeled runs.

We stay hands on the whole way and are available by call or text during setup.
